Sage Point was down 19-6 in the 4th but roared back with 13 runs to tie the game. Reno Saculla led Sage with a 5/5 + 6RBI day. Dave Pope chipped in with a 3 run homer + 6 RBI’s. Tom Winegarden had 4 RBIs and 5 other players had 3 hits each. Mark Hildebrand hit 2 OTF homers, a 2 run shot and a grand slam as part of his 4/4 + 7 RBI day. Pitcher Tom Gilewski and Jim Rogers each had 4 hits, Terry Cole had 4 RBIs, while both Rod Severson and Dave Hinkley had 3 hits and 4 RBI’s.

Cebert was led by Al DuBuc and Joe Critelli who each had 3 hits. Five other players contributed to their balanced attack with 2 hits each. Harlan managed a total of 11 hits with Marty Berger, Rich Hopkins, Chick Cicatelli and Jim Wheeler each going 2 for 3.

Fross & Fross turned 2 double plays and got 3 hits from Paul Hein, Seven other players had 2 hits each. Artie O’Neill contributed with 3 RBIs. IHOP’s Terry Yanny had a ¾ day while 4 other players had 2 hits each.BABS BOUNCE BACK

METLIFE 20  SOFTBALL’S R GAME 12MetLife was led by Kirby Campanella who had a homer, a single, 2 triples and 6 RBIs. Fred Bruce had a 3 run homer, Larry Williams had 2 triples, Rich Fredieu was 4/4 and Andy Betanzos had 3  hits + 3 RBIs. SRG was led by Fordy Searles 3 hit/3 RBI day while Tom Guinan and Dan List each had 3 hits.PERKIES GET COME FROM BEHIND WIN

Perkins scored 3 runs in the last 2 innings and held CarePlus  scoreless to pull out the victory. They were led by John Reedy, Jim Morton and Earl Bellisario who each had 3 hits. Tim Carroll and Tom Pyrzenski each had 3 RBIs for the winners. CarePlus had 3 hits from Joe Cataldi and sub Tom Ramberg. Dave Oatley had 3 RBIs in the loss.
