19-year-old Oxford man back behind bars on another probation violation

A 19-year-old Oxford man, arrested twice last year on drug possession charges, is back behind bars after violating his probation.

Michael Aaron Conklin was booked without bond Friday at the Sumter County Detention Center.

He also had been arrested this past October at his home on NE 48th Loop in Oxford on a probation violation. You can read about that arrest HERE. He was arrested this past July when he was found to be driving on a suspended license and Wildwood police suspected he had been smoking marijuana in his car.
