A 19-year-old Oxford man already out on bond on drug charges, was arrested Sunday afternoon on a possession of drug equipment.

Michael Aaron Conklin of 12380 NE 48th Loop was pulled over at 1:24 p.m. by a Wildwood police officer on U.S. 301.

The officer determined that Conklin’s license was suspended. The officer smelled recently burned marijuana coming from the car. During a search of the vehicle, a glass smoking pipe was found in the car’s center consul.

Conklin was free on bond following his arrest earlier this year on cannabis charged, the arrest report indicated.

Conklin was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on $1,000 bond.
