20-year-old with license already suspended for DUI, arrested after caught back behind wheel

A 20-year-old Ocala woman was arrested early Saturday morning after she was caught driving on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 with a suspended license.

A vehicle driven by Jomari Gonzalez had been weaving in traffic when it was pulled over at 1:50 a.m., according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. A check of her driver’s license showed it had been suspended for DUI.

She was arrested for driving while license suspended. After her vehicle was impounded, an inventory turned up marijuana and a pipe.

She was booked on $12,000 bond at the Lake County Jail.
