A woman was arrested after blowing through a stop sign at Oakland Hills Professional Plaza.
Gina Renee Weakley, 32, who lives at nearby Oakland Hills in Lady Lake, had been at the wheel of a black Mercury Mountaineer at 3:35 p.m. Saturday when she failed to stop at the stop sign, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Weakley admitted she had a suspended Tennessee driver’s license. The deputy discovered that Weakley had two previous arrests for driving while license suspended in Tennessee.
She was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. Bond was set at $1,000.
She was also issued a written warning for failing to come to a complete stop at the stop sign.
