A homeowner was assessing damage after a tree crashed into the Florida room of her home in the Village of Del Mar.
Marilyn Little said a large section of a Live Oak fell onto her home at 826 Bolivar St. at about noon Tuesday.
“It’s done for,” the Chicago native said of her Florida room. “The whole thing has collapsed.”
She blamed heavy wind gusts of an approaching storm.
Neighbors were stopping by to check on Little. She said she was expecting a visit from her insurance company on Wednesday.
