A 31-year-old Spring Hill man had died as the result of a motorcycle accident Wednesday evening in Pasco County.
Zachery Myers had been driving in the outside lane of northbound County Road 1, approaching U.S. 19 (State Road 55), where he failed to negotiate a left curve and traveled off the roadway, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol. Myers was ejected from the motorcycle when the front right of his motorcycle struck a guardrail face, the report stated.
Myers was transported to Bayonet Point Hospital where he died Thursday as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.
Myers had been wearing a helmet, the report indicated.
