A 77-year-old Villager will escape prosecution after her arrest in an altercation with her husband at their home in the Village of De La Vista.

She claimed the altercation erupted after her husband showed his friends a nude picture of his late wife, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
