Ronald A. Hammond, 74, of Leesburg, FL, passed away on January 18, 2016. Ronald was born in Fort Wayne Indiana on March 4, 1941 to the late Carl and Ruby Hammond. Ron retired after 27 years from Miller Brewing CO. as a National Chain Sales Manager. Ron enjoyed taking part in numerous activates at Royal Highlands and was an active member of the Monarch Golf Club. He is preceded in death by his brother Rich Hammond. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 51 years: Suzanne (Sue) Hammond; Sons: Rick (Jane) Hammond and Mark Hammond; and Three Grandchildren: Reese, Riley, and Rhea. Ron was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by many. A memorial service will be held on at Saturday February 6, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Page-Theus Funeral Home located at 914 West Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748.
