Jean Ellen Fajman, 78, Leesburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2016 at Florida Hospital Waterman, Tavares, Florida, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Fajman was born on October 7, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to her parents John E. and Margaret F. (Forsythe) Butcher. She and her husband Robert moved to Leesburg 17 years ago from South Windsor, Connecticut and prior to that from Peru Illinois and originally from Calumet City, Illinois. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church of Leesburg and was very active in The Royal Highlands community. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and line dancing. She was a caring person and enjoyed being with family and friends. Jean was a woman of loyalty, integrity, opinion and intelligence. She is survived by the love of her life her husband of 59 years: Robert J. Fajman of Leesburg, FL; three loving daughters: Corinne (Randy) Tomaseski of La Salle, IL, Ellen (Joseph) Morrone of Tolland, CT and Paula Briggs of Minneola, FL; a sister: Mary Anne (Roy) Mearns of Leesburg, FL; a brother: Robert (Barbara) Butcher of Indiana; seven grandchildren: Stephen (Mandy) Tomaseski, Adam Tomaseski, Ray Tomaseski, Bryan Tomaseski, Amber Morrone, Joey Morrone and Jacob Briggs; nine Great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Leesburg, Florida. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m. at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Florida.
