Delores Erdman Sinen, a member of the community in The Villages, Florida reunited with her Lord on April 26, 2016.
Born in 1930 to Michael and Lousie Erdman in Streeter, ND, Delores grew up with three sisters and a brother in Belle Fourche, SD. From her youth, she enjoyed the company of her family, singing hymns, and spending time with her church community.
Delores was married to George Sinen, III for sixty-one years. Together, they raised three children. She was an excellent baker. The family owned and operated Sinen Pies, Middle-Mart and Laurel Leigh Donuts. One of her greatest passions was golfing. She enjoyed cooking and baking for the people whom she loved.
Delores is survived by her loving husband Geoge Sinen, III, her children, Rodger (Patricia) Sinen, I, and Cynthia (Robert) Ferretti. She will also remain in the treasured memories of her nieces and nephews and her grandchildren; Rodger Lee (Susan) Sinen, II, Timothy Sinen (Katy), Laurel Ferretti and Matthew Ferretti. She has three cherished great-granddaughters; Grace Sinen, Kenzie McLarty and Kaylee McLarty.
The family suggests that memorial contributions are sent to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 29, 2016 from 5 – 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. at New Covenant United Methodist Church.
