ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store coming to Trailwinds development on County Road 466A

Wildwood Special Magistrate Archie O. Lowry Jr. on Tuesday recommended approval of a site plan for an 11,000-square-foot ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store in the Trailwinds development north of County Road 466A across from Pinellas Plaza. A Lowe’s home improvement store is under construction and an Aldi grocery store is also planned.

Agricultural zoning was recommended for eight acres on the south side of County Road 462, about three-quarter miles east of U.S. 301, where a Yard Stop garden center and landscape store is planned. The land is owned by Orange Blossom Gardens Church, which plans to sell it to the garden center developer.

A site plan for the 1305 Cleveland Office Complex also was recommended for approval. The project consists of two office buildings of 10,000 and 5,000 square feet on the north side of County Road 466A about three-quarter miles east of U.S. 301.
