Anne Brown Garner, 82, of Fruitland Park, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. She was born in Webster, FL and moved to Leesburg in 1955. She worked as a legal secretary and was married to P.B. Howell for 37 years until his death. She worked as a bookkeeper for Associated Christian Broadcast Channel 55 for many years. Anne then married Stanley W. Garner. She was a member of Life Church Assembly of God, Fruitland Park. She enjoyed people and worked with the Gideons and was active in her church. She was a past member of Betta Sigma Pi of Leesburg as a young adult.

Anne is Survived by her husband, Stanley W. Garner; daughter, Suzanne H. (Wade) Hardaway; step daughters, Linda M. White, Margaret Farrell, Mary C. Howell, Connie Benton and Debra Worthington; step son, Barry Garner; sister, Emma Warnock; grandchildren, Brent and Alex and numerous step grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 13 at 10 a.m at Life Church Assembly of God, Fruitland Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12 from 5 to 7 p.m at the Beyers Funeral Home Chapel, Leesburg, FL. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens following the service.
