To the Editor:
Around here, everywhere we look these days, another assisted living/memory care facility is being built, each providing hundreds of beds for potential patients. Are they really going to fill all these beds? Won’t the majority return to wherever their families are when that much care is needed? It just seems as if all these corporations are expecting to make some big bucks, and we will be left looking at empty buildings when they can’t survive.
