On the early morning of July 11, 2016, Carolyn Sue Beloat-Frazier passed away peacefully at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares, Florida. Carolyn was born December 22, 1939 to Mattie M. and John A. Beloat in Huntington, West Virginia. During her lifetime Carolyn lived in Columbus, Ohio; Phoenix, Arizona and ultimately retired to Leesburg, Florida with her loving husband Clifford J. Frazier.
Carolyn was a devoted mother to her children and was loved by everyone that she touched. She was kind and caring and would do anything that she could to help a friend in need.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of sixty years, Clifford J. Frazier and her four children all of whom reside in Phoenix, Arizona Clifford A. (Maria) Frazier, Diane Ciorna, Timothy Frazier and Rhonda (Jim) Hendrickson. She has eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren as well as one remaining sister, Patty (Everett) Scott. Carolyn is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law Lee and Donna Frazier, Dick and Jackie Frazier, Linda and Dale Fields, Sally and Mike Scheibelhood and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Dorothy and Edna and brothers Watson, Norbert, Buck and Bob.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Cornerstone Hospice for their compassion and caring during Carolyn’s final days.
A memorial service for Carolyn will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Cornerstone Hospice in Carolyn’s name.
