Rainy weather pushes back water tower project

The rainy weather has pushed back the final stage of the water tower maintenance that had been scheduled to be completed this weekend.  The work is now scheduled for next week. During this scheduled maintenance, the final paint will be applied to the LSSA Water Tower located at 1245 Augustine Drive.  

Saturday’s The Lily golf tourney raised about $50,000

Final numbers are still being tallied, but it looks like Saturday’s The Lily golf tournament raised right at $50,000. The Lily was founded by Villager Deb Schlofman in 2001 when her mother, Lily, passed away after struggling with Alzheimer’s for seven years. ‘Running at the Squares’ 5K road races coming soon

St. James pool getting new furniture

St. James pool will be closed Monday, July 15 until noon on Tuesday, July 16 to replace the pool furniture.  If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Sterling Heights Recreation Center at 753-4510.

La Hacienda Billards Room closed Thursday, Friday
