CDD 9 beginning deed compliance enforcement process

The Village Community Development District No. 9 is beginning the deed compliance enforcement process.  This will also include selecting a member to serve on the Architectural Review Committee.  The following schedule is for the Public Information Sessions to review the Deed Compliance procedures and Matrix:

• Tuesday, Feb. 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center
• Friday, Feb. 6 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the SeaBreeze Recreation Center
• Monday, Feb. 9  from 2 to 4 p.m. at the SeaBreeze Recreation Center
• Thursday, Feb. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Colony Cottage Recreation Center
