Charles R. Pennifill

Charles R. Pennifill a retired member of over 50 years to the Steamfitters Local 602 union was born on July 2, 1940 to his parents Ruby Baily and Benjamin Pennifill.

Charles moved from Lothian, MD to Silver Springs, FL in July 2016 and resided with his wife of 33 years Linda A. Pennifill from Maryland. He was a huge Washington Redskins fan and enjoyed not only football but all sports. He enjoyed fishing, eating crabs, gardening, and working out in the yard at home. He enjoyed old cars and watching the auctions of the old cars on TV. Most of all he enjoyed being a part of the Fairfax Crab family.

Charles is preceded in death by son Robert A. Pennifill of MD and is survived by his brother Gary Pennifill of The Villages of Florida, his daughter Judith Pennifill and fiancée Jerwayne Brooks and their children Amber, Matthew, and Jayden of Maryland and his daughter Laura Fox and husband John Fox and their children Katie and Alexis of North Carolina. He is also survived by his 4 other grandchildren Celenia, Veronica, Robert Jr, and Sean of Maryland and 2 great grandchildren Donta Jr and Dezmin also of Maryland.
