Conchita Rose Alonzo, 83, of The Villages passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 18, 2015. Conchita was born to Manuel and Enriqueta Varela in Key West, Florida on February 18, 1931. She would remain a resident of Key West for many years until moving to The Villages with her husband in their later years. Conchita was a very loving and caring mother who raised 3 daughters and still managed to make time to have a 30 year career in the banking industry. Her greatest joys came in her many travels throughout the world and doting over her two amazing granddaughters. Conchita was a beautiful lady and like a true lady she knew when to leave the party. She will be missed by many. Conchita will be laid to rest with her loving husband Andy Alonzo at Florida National Cemetery.
