Construction to begin this summer on ‘Living Waters’ on County Road 466

Omega Communities, a faith-based senior living developer, has announced that it will begin construction this summer on Living Waters, a 415 unit multi-phase community consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care services.
The community will be built on a 30-acre mixed-use parcel at 1155 County Road 466.
The project, previously known as Lumen Park at Lady Lake, was approved last year by the Lady Lake Commission. You can read more about that HERE

The first phase of the development will be on 7.5 acres of the master-planned site and will house 145 independent living beds, 29 assisted living beds and 24 Alzheimer’s/Dementia Memory Care beds and is expected to commence construction in June of this year.
OutsideIn Architecture has recently completed construction drawings for the buildings whose design is based on sustainable architecture providing safer and more environmentally responsible communities. Greenbrier Senior Living will manage the project and the community for Omega.
Omega Communities has recently opened three new communities in Florida and Alabama: The Springs at South Biscayne in North Port, Florida; The Fountains of Hope in Sarasota, Florida; and River Highlands in Birmingham, Ala. Living Waters will be Omega’s fourth project in Florida and sixth overall.
