THE VILLAGES – Don Good, 84, passed away on June 26, 2014. A beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Don was a bon vivant extraordinaire. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 1930, he grabbed the world by the horns and took it for a great ride. Don was a talented artist and craftsman, life long Steelers, Pirates and Irish fan, loved fishing and traveling and was always the life of the party. He was a dear husband, proud parent and grandfather and took his friendships with a passion. Don is survived by his wife, Betty, of 57 years, daughter Mary, son Michael and daughter-in-law Natalie, grandchildren Katie, Leigh and Kyle. Family will receive relatives and friends at a Gathering to be held at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Service, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages, FL on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM followed by a Celebration of Don’s Life at 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice
