Donald Emmett Smith

Donald Emmett Smith, 83, of Fruitland Park, FL, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Donald was born in Webster, Florida on April 8, 1933. He was a proud veteran of The United States Navy and served in the Korean War.

Survivors include sons Terry Smith, Donald Smith and Charles Smith (Rhonda); daughter Jeanne Smith (Mike); five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Wilda Smith; parents Joseph and Kate Smith.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Central Baptist Church of Leesburg, 104 Perkins St, Leesburg, FL 34748. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
