Dr. Rick Scarborough will speak Monday evening to Villages Tea Party

Dr. Rick Scarborough, founder of Vision America and president of  Tea Party Unity, will speak to The Villages Tea Party when the group meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Savannah Center. Doors open at 6 p.m. No Villages ID is required.
