A 24-year-old Fruitland Park man was arrested after he was spotted this weekend driving on U.S. 301 with a vehicle with a non-functioning headline.
During a traffic stop shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday, it was discovered that Joshua Richard Tobie was wanted on a Lake County warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of marijuana possession.
When Tobie was being taken into custody, a “one hitter” marijuana smoking device was found in his possession.
He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
