Ella J. Strope Heintz of Lake Port Square, Leesburg, FL., formerly of Inverness, Fl. Passed to the greater life March 22, 2015 at Hospice House, The Villages, FL., following a short illness. Born July 12, 1920, in Perkin, IL, to Jesse and Maude Moses Strope, she married Clifford R. Heintz in Perkin, IL, November 29, 1943, he passed June 10, 2009 in Leesburg, Fl. She is survived by her only sister, Mrs. Carl (Jessie) Strope Petri, Homosassa, Fl., along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was Asst. Treasurer of national Textile Assoc. for many years, a member of Chapter BH, PEO, Leesburg, FL., and formerly a member of Chapter HC, Inverness, Fl., as well as Inverness Country Club. Immediately before the service, the PEO memorial tribute to Ella will be given by Chapter BH. Services will be Tuesday March 31, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Page-Theus Funeral Home in Leesburg, the Reverend Dr. McCoy Gibbs officiating. Friends and Family are invited to a reception at Lake Port Square immediately following the service.
