The Enrichment Academy to offer registration during ‘Learn and Grow Expo’

The Enrichment Academy will offer early registration for its new curriculum on Thursday, Aug. 3, from 8 to 11 a.m. at Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.

It’s being billed as the “Learn and Grow Expo.” Applicants living in The Villages will be allowed early registration for courses, and must present a valid resident ID. Should weather cause problems, the event will be moved inside to the Lake Miona Recreation Center.

Regular registration starts Aug. 7 for Villages residents, and Aug. 21 for non-residents. Instructors will be on hand Aug. 3, to answer questions and course catalogs will be available. For more information call 352-674-1800 or go to DistrictGov.org. The Enrichment Academy replaces the former Lifelong Learning College, which closed last year.
