Entertainment at the town squares

To the Editor:
It is my understanding that the Entertainment Department in The Villages is undergoing some changes and recently the entertainment has been very weak. There is one band and one DJ that have four nights each scheduled in July, yet there are a number of bands or small groups of two or more singers that are getting short changed. I would like to see those individuals/groups return more frequently than they are currently. I don’t know what the determining factors are when scheduling the entertainment. Why have some groups been cut out entirely or only given one or two nights, yet others have four nights?
