Everett Edward Foster, 77, of The Villages, FL, passed from this life on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Everett Russell Foster and Edna (Drenguba) Foster.

A loving and dedicated husband and family man, Everett is survived by his wife, Doris Ellen (Trankley) Foster; three children, sons, Everett Edward Foster, Jr. and wife, Dana, Ocoee, FL; Brent Eric Foster, Orlando, FL; and daughter, Pamela Ellen Foster and life partner, William Nelsen, Longwood, FL; three grandchildren Madison Foster, Tyler Foster and Bjorn Nelsen and his brother Robert Everett Foster, Morrisville, PA. Besides his parents, Everett was predeceased by his sisters, Evelyn Kehoe and Gail Binner.

Everett was raised in Morrisville, PA and resided for many years in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. He and his wife of 52 years moved to The Villages, FL, from Newtown, PA in 2006.

He was a graduate of Rider College and was a veteran during the Vietnam era. Everett dedicated his time to his children as a volunteer coach for football, baseball and soccer. He was a retired Program Director for Lockheed Martin Corp. of Valley Forge, PA and a lifelong member of the American Legion, Yardley, PA.

A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held at a later date in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or a veteran organization of choice.
