A pair of expensive saddles were reportedly stolen from the tac room at Chestnut Hill Arabians horse farm in Ocala.
An employee at Chestnut Hill Arabians reported the missing saddles Wednesday to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
One of the saddles is owned by the farm and the other is owned by a 32-year-old Ocala woman.
The woman’s saddle is valued at $3,000 and was made by the Arabian Saddle Company and has a brass name plate with her name on it. The farm’s saddle is valued at $1,000.
