A fourth suspect has been arrested in a fatal shooting that occurred in April during Leesburg Bikefest.
Gregory Umphress, 32, was arrested this weekend in the Naples area on an arrest warrant secured in May by the Leesburg Police Department.
He was being held Monday at the Collier County Jail.
Umphress is a suspect in the shooting death of 41-year-old David Donovan.
