Georgia man arrested by FHP after displaying handgun

A Georgia man was arrested Sunday afternoon by the Florida Highway Patrol after he allegedly displayed a handgun on U.S. 90 in Lake City.

Alfred Jackson Poole, 61, of Moultrie, Ga. is facing charges of improper display of a firearm and possession of a concealed firearm, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported by an off-duty trooper from Georgia. FHP units made the arrest at mile marker 442 on Interstate 75.
