Health and fitness expert Dr. Gabe Mirkin to speak to group this week at Laurel Manor

Dr. Gabe Mirkin, a Villager who is an expert on health and fitness, will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday to the Achieve Better Health Club at the Laurel Manor Recreation Center.

He will discuss “Preventing Disease and Prolonging Life.”

Mirkin, has authored more than 20 books, had radio and TV shows, about health. He and his wife, Diana, are avid bicyclists and can frequently be seen riding around The Villages.
