Health and Wellness Expo set this month at Hope Lutheran Church

Cornerstone Hospice is presenting its inaugural health and wellness expo from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Hope Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall at the intersection of County Road 466 and Morse Boulevard. 

Blood Pressure, oxygen levels, pulse, blood sugar, tongue and several other screenings will be offered. Among the demonstrations are chair massages, essential oils and healthy cooking. 

Forty vendors are featured including the Big Red Bus for blood donations in the parking lot, Home Health/Home Care, Adult Day Care, Chiropractic, Alzheimer’s support and clinical testing, Pharmacy, SHINE, Vision support, Vein Specialist, Cardio Vascular specialist, Sports Injury & Orthopedic, Funeral Home/Cremation, Medical Retail, Medicare Insurance, Reverse Mortgage, Hospice, Assisted Living Community Resources Placement assistance.

There is no charge for admission. Light refreshments will be served and many door prizes awarded.
