Ida Grova 102, of The Villages, FL, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016. She was born in the Bronx, N.Y. and moved to Florida in 1968. Ida retired from her nursing career in 1986. She was blessed with a sharp mind, witty sense of humor and love of family throughout her lifetime.
Ida’s only child, Anthony Grova, preceded her in death. Her survivors include daughter-in-law Arlene Grova, four grandchildren, Anthony Grova, Linda Rudisill, Donna Yost and Steven Grova, nine great grandchildren, Stephanie, Noelle, Christine, Allison, Jeffrey, Bryan, Austin, Trevor and Sabrina, four great great grandchildren, Karissa, Alyssa, Adrianna, and Anthony. Also, spouses of family members, nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitations will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home as follows:
Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 3 – 5 p.m., with a prayer service at 5 p.m. and on Sunday, May 1, 2016, from 2 – 4 p.m.
Ida will be entombed at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, in North Lauderdale, Fl., on Monday May 2, 2016, at 1:00 p.m
