Intoxicated Summerfield man arrested at bar

An intoxicated Summerfield man was arrested Thursday night after causing a disturbance at a bar.

Matthew Michael Buetow, 39, was taken into custody at about 10 p.m. Thursday at DJ & Gina’s Lounge in Summerfield, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The owner/manager of the bar called law enforcement after Buetow caused a disturbance, the report indicated.

When the deputy arrived, Buetow refused to leave the bar. Buetow resisted arrest and when placed in the patrol car, kicked the rear cage in the vehicle’s interior.

Buetow was booked at the Marion County Jail on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest.
