Jeb Bush’s son says his father is seriously considering presidential bid

George P. Bush, son of former Florida governor Jeb Bush, said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that his father is seriously considering a presidential run in 2016.

“I think it’s more than likely that he’s giving this serious thought in moving forward … that he’ll run,” he said.

Bush also said the family “would be behind [Jeb Bush] 100 percent if he decides to” run.

Jeb Bush has already received words of encouragement from his older brother, former President George W. Bush.

The younger Bush paid a visit to The Villages on Sept. 12, 2012 as part of his Maverick PAC movement.
