John R. Dean

John R. Dean

John R. Dean, of Wildwood, FL, was born on Oct. 12, 1937 in Florala, FL and died on Nov. 19, 2017 at ORMC Orlando.

He was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from Honeywell Corp in 1992 and had a second career in yacht sales at Bahia Mar Marina in Pensacola.

John is survived by his wife DeAnna, one sister Mrs. Janette (Ted) Marley of Lawton, Oklahoma, son Jay Dean, of Wilson, NC, daughter Catherine Hedden of Pensacola, Fl. 3 Grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Melvin Dean and his mother, Gladys Newberry Holland.

John was cremated and a Masonic Memorial service will be held in the spring in Pensacola.
