Joseph H. DeBerardinis, 81, The Villages, FL passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014. He was born in New Eagle, PA and moved to The Villages in 1996 from North Canton, OH. He was retired from many years as plant manager for a photo finishing company, and in later years worked as a flight instructor and a few other part time positions. He was a volunteer for Angel Flight and a member of American Legion Post #347. He loved fly fishing, music, golf, taking care of family and friends and lived a life of service to others. He will be forever missed by his wife of 56 years, Louise DeBerardinis, The Villages; daughter Donna L. Bates, Canton, OH; son Steve DeBerardinis, Las Vegas, NV; brother Ron DeBerardinis; Monongahela, PA; 2 sisters: Pat Smith, New Brighton, PA and Darlene Fisher, Lady Lake, FL; granddaughter Erica Schwab, Stow, OH and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Villagers for Hospice, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162.
