Judith Margaret Rogers

Judith Margaret Rogers, 73, passed from this life Monday, May 22, 2017. Born in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Julia Bauer.

Judith was a registered nurse. She retired form Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, OH, after 22 years of service.

She moved to The Villages with her late husband of 53 years Ransford Rogers in 2008 from Columbus, OH. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.

Besides her parents Judith was predeceased by her husband Ransford on May 6th of this year and by her sister and brother-in-law, Lillian and Bill Weisberth.

Judith is survived by her children, Elton Michael Rogers (Jennifer), Norfolk, VA; Ransford Ira Rogers, II (Chandra), Portland, OR; Rachelle Iris Rogers, The Villages, FL; three grandchildren, Michael Lucas Rogers, Karissa Winstanley and Steven Winstanley and a sister, Ruth Williamson (Ronald), Cleveland, OH.

Services for Judith are private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Judith’s memory may be made to Cornerstone Hospice 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 327788 or to Leukemia-Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org).
