June Fox Wilson, 83, of Leesburg, FL, went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2015 with her loving family by her side. June was born in Kittanning, PA on April 4, 1932 to her loving parents Paul and Mildred Fox. She moved to Leesburg, FL in 2006 from McMurray, PA. June was an active member of St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg, FL. She graduated from Ford City High school, Ford City, PA in 1950 and earned her nursing degree from Presbyterian Nursing School, Pittsburgh, PA in 1953. June was the former president of the Allegheny County, PA Heart Ball association. She enjoyed playing solitaire, crossword puzzles, The Broadway series and most of all spending time with her family. June Fox Wilson was a loving and nurturing woman who has touched many lives and will be deeply missed. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years: Dr. Robert James Wilson. She is survived by her Son: Kurt (Kimberly) Wilson, of Sheffield Lake, OH; Daughter: Karen Shauna (Michael) Mora, of Aptos, CA; Granddaughter: Shannon Hawkins; Nieces: Paula Fox and Sharon Schiffer; and Nephew: Fred Schiffer. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Saint James Episcopal Church located at 204 Lee Street, Leesburg, FL 34748, phone number: (352) 787-1981.
