Katie Belle’s employee free on $35,000 bond following arrest

A 39-year-old Katie Belle’s employee is free on $35,000 bond following his arrest on Lake County warrants charging him with burglary with assault or battery and depriving use of 911.

Shawn Michael Horne was arrested Feb. 4 at his home in Belleview by Marion County sheriff’s deputies. He was initially booked at the Marion County Jail and then transferred Monday to the Lake County Jail. He posted bond and was released shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday.

He is due for arraignment March 3 in Lake County Court.

Let them keep the fence!
