Korean veterans hold pre-flight breakfast briefing ahead of Oct. 28 Villages Honor Flight

Villages Honor Flight Mission 23 Blue Squad Leader Debbie Diroff gathered her squad of five Korean War Veterans along with their Guardians and two staff members on the upcoming flight for a breakfast social at Perkins restaurant on Friday morning.  Villages Honor Flight Mission 23 will fly to Washington D.C. on Oct. 28 where these veterans will visit the Korean Memorial along with other memorials in Washington, D.C.

On Saturday, Sept. 26 a Flightless Honor Flight is being held and Villagers are encouraged to turn out to cheer on the veterans.
