Lady Lake driver ticketed after accident in parking lot

A Lady Lake driver was ticketed on a charge of failure to yield following an accident at 4:36 p.m. Sept. 17 in the parking lot of Florida Retina Institute at 790 U.S. Hwy. 27/441.

Jean A. Ilvari-Olson, 76,  told Lady Lake police she had slowed for a stop sign and failed to see a vehicle driven by Sharon M. Wilson, 66, also of Lady Lake, due to a shrub.

Ilvari-Olson was ticketed, according to the accident report.

The two drivers and passengers in their vehicles were evaluated by Lake EMS and cleared on the scene.
