Lady Lake man arrested with meth after K-9 alerts on vehicle

A 41-year-old Lady Lake man was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine after a K-9 alerted on his vehicle.

Marc Justin Nappi of 40200 Grays Airport Road was pulled over early Tuesday morning by Tavares police. He refused to allow police to search his vehicle, but a K-9 unit was called in from the Leesburg Police Department and the dog alerted on the vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up methamphetamine.

He was booked at the Lake County Jail. He is also facing a charge of violating his probation on a charge of robbery.
