Lady Lake man arrested on Sumter County warrant charging him with grand theft

A 49-year-old Lady Lake man has been arrested in Lake County on a Sumter County warrant charging him with grand theft. John Daugherty was arrested Wednesday by Lake County sheriff’s deputies. He was booked at the Lake County Jail and later released after posting $2,000 bond.
