Lake-Sumter State College has canceled classes for Wednesday

Damage assessments are underway at each of the campuses in Clermont, Leesburg and Sumterville. Initial inspections show mild to moderate damage at each location. The Sumter Center currently has no power. Once a full assessment is completed and we can fully determine building safety for occupancy, further details will be announced regarding reopening of campus locations for staff and students.
