Yocum, who was discharged in October 2015 after eight years at Morgan Stanley, is the subject of numerous complaints on file with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Investors have filed complaints that Yocum gave them bad advice costing them tens of thousands of dollars.

The law firms of Colling, Gilbert, Wright and Carter in Orlando and Dickson, Murphy, Rex and Sloan in Boca Raton want to hear from Yocum’s former clients as they attempt to bring a case against him.

After leaving Morgan Stanley, Yocum went to work for Summit Brokerage Services in Lady Lake. He is now owner of Tee to Green Investments LLC in Ocala.

Yocum appears unfazed at what could be seen as a gathering storm. This past week, his Facebook posts included concern that rain could cut into his golf game and photos from a trip to the beach.
