Letter to the Editor: Why doesn’t anybody use turn signals?

To the Editor:

What is it going to take to get drivers to use their turn signals? I see several incidents every day where an accident is just missed because drivers will not use their turn signals. Are they lazy, stupid, or just don’t care? It should be a traffic violation for not using a turn signal.
