To the Editor:
I have noted several accidents where drivers from the Villages have caused an accident because they did not see the other car. This usually happens after dark. As we age, some of us lose our ability to see well enough to drive at night. Instead of continuing to drive, these individuals should stop driving at night and plan their activities during the day or arrange for another person to drive them at night. I recently stopped driving at age 71 because of medical issues and having no desire to harm another or myself. Worth consideration for anyone with vision imperfections.
