Twice in the past 2 weeks I have witnessed the irrigation system working at Citizens Bank and BB&T Bank the day after a large storm the night before.  As a villager who is concerned about the dry season coming up and drying conditions, who is in charge of these irrigation systems at Colony Plaza?  How do they get notified?
